NUMA may, in its sole discretion and at any time, change or alter Subscription fees for the offered Subscriptions. Changes in Subscription fees will only become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. NUMA guarantees to provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes in Subscription fees, giving you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before any implemented changes come in effect. By continuing to use the Service, after a change in Subscription fee comes in to effect, you agree to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Prohibited Uses
Use of the Service is only permitted for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms. As a user of the Service, you are agreeing not to use Service:
